2010 Intercontinental Cup.At the Intercontinental Baseball Stadium in Touliu Chinese Taipei to compete with the Cuban team. Our team's pitcher Huang ZL performed well, but we still not score any runs. Cuba beat Chinese Taipei two zip. We lost to Cuba, and get second in the A group, enter the semi-finals.
I heard that 2010 Intercontinental Cup was held by Taiwan for the last time. I have never seen an international base game before, so this time I invited my roommates and went to see a baseball game together. On that day, Taiwan competed with Japan. We felt nervous, because Japan used their team spirit and got five points in the final. But Taiwan never gave up chasing the points. In order to win the game, some Taiwan’s players hurt themselves. The game was very exciting and Taiwan got twelve points and won the game finally. We all had a good memories of the game.
ReplyDeleteAfter Taiwan competed with Japan, two days later, Taiwan competed with Cuba, but lose the game finally. In the semi-finals, Taiwan also lose to Netherlands, so we lose the chance of getting champion. It’s pity to Taiwan to get champion on the last time of the Intercontinental Cup. I think those players all did their best to play all games, so I felt proud of them.
